Objective To explore the effect of international classification of function, disability and health(ICF) framework on family rehabilitation guidance for children with cerebral palsy. Methods 80 children with cerebral palsy who received rehabilitation treatment in the department of child rehabilitation from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group.Children in the control group were given routine family rehabilitation guidance, and based on which children in the observation group were given family rehabilitation guidance on the basis of ICF theoretical framework and methods. Before guidance,3 months and 6 months after guidance, the rehabilitation training evaluation scale for children with physical disabilities and the self-developed work scale were used to evaluate the conditions of children, and the rehabilitation effects of the implementation compliance(abbreviated as compliance),the rehabilitation effect of area D and area E of gross motor function(GMFM) and the ability of daily living(ADL) were compared between the two groups. Results With the extension of the guidance time, the compliance, the scores of GMFM in zone D and zone E and BI of ADL gradually increased between the two groups(Ftime=781.406,545.479,176.405,all Ptime<0.001).Difference of the compliance and the scores of zone D and zone E of the two groups was statistically significant(Fgroup=842.281,23.235,all Pgroup<0.001),of which the compliance, the scores of zone D,zone E and BI of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after guidance, grouping and time had interaction effect(Finteraction=496.395,75.699,56.537,Pinteraction<0.001).Conclusion To evaluate the children, formulate and implement individualized plans based on the theoretical framework of ICF can not only enhance parents’ awareness of rehabilitation, improve their cognitive ability of rehabilitation knowledge, but also improve the executive ability of family members’ rehabilitation training,so as to achieve good rehabilitation results.
